Worship Director
Mike has been with Ignite Church since it's opening service in January of 2013. He has taken on the responsibility of being our Worship Director. His goal is to help the people of our church connect with God through music. Mike focuses on bringing an understanding of what worship is and why it is important. Mike also helps produce and write music for Ignite Live.
Ed and Alice have been serving with Ignite Church for the last 6 years. Just last year, in 2018, they were recognized as the Associate Pastors of the house as well. They help run our Connect Team and our iGroup teams. They also have taken their 24 years of marriage and helped put together our Marriage Ministry, helping couples learn different ways to keep Jesus at the center of their marriages. They have been rocks for our Senior Pastors to lean on since the very beginning. Their goal is to help push Ignite Church to reaching its full potential.
Amy Barrios
Media Coordinator
Amy has been with the Ignite Church team for the last 6 years and has taken on the responsibility of running our media team. She oversees everything from social media, photography, videography and digital display. Her goal for the Creative Media Team is to provide the greatest experience possible and help spread Christ's message across the world through digital platforms.

Amarilis is the Children's Ministry leader here at Ignite Church and has been with the church since March of 2013. Being involved in church when she was a child has fueled her desire to help kids fall in love with Christ the same way she did at such a young age. She loves to teach the children the "why" behind our relationship with God. Why do we worship? Why do we need that relationship with God? Seeing children grow in their faith and wisdom continues to be the wind that fans the flame in her passion to serve.

Manny has been with Ignite Church for the last 3 years and has taken on the charge of leading the Ignite RAW Men's Ministry. Manny's focus is on building strong men in the faith. He has created a group of men that can hold each other accountable and get closer to God daily. He helps guide the men of Ignite to become men that will impact their families and communities by placing God first.
